After reading all the review I was nervous to check in . The room was comped to us for a delayed flight. Well the reviews over exaggerating or maybe under new management out room was very nice clean and up to dat there was no bad smells and after pulling back the rooms and checking for bugs it was all CLEAN!!! Very nice stay and the front desk was soooo nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Wow! Read the Reviews. I Wanted a 100% Refund. In first 15 min. wanted a full cancel and just leave ASAP. Room 202 Just a Wasted night almost sleep all night in my car. I Will contact the Customer service Center. BBB or call my credit card company. I paid around 260.00. On a Sunday and My Door for my room didn't lock. Its Broken off and 2 foot Hole in floor missing under carpet area . Unreal smell of urine. No smoke alarms in room. Pure noise from AC . No pillows in my room. Then got a few from front desk dirty and yellow stained with unknown body fluids. Room Phone was broken like the door. Bed broken and listing 30 percent Starboard side.. just See pictures. It's Horrible and not safe.

Awful hotel. Stay far far away. Rooms smell like smoke. The single use shampoo bottle was half full meaning someone else used it already. Breakfast was literally 3 pieces of stale toast and 3 kinds of cereal. The bedding was ripped with huge shreds of linen hanging off. The hotel shuttle left us stranded when we had a flight and they could care less. I RARELY leave negative reviews, but this place earned it. I paid $350 for this horrible place.

Absolutely disgusting and out dated. I’ve reached out for a refund and haven’t heard back yet. For over $200 a night !! The room smelt like mildew and the ceiling had mold. The room was so outdated. If it was like a quick truck stop motel then fine whatever but people travel to New Orleans for vacation! I can’t imagine someone flying in and being expected to stay in a room like that for that price. Luckily we drove in from a couple hours away and only stayed the night to catch early flight. But we would’ve left if a close nicer hotel had availability. The sink was clogged. Nothing seemed sanitized in any way. I had my one year old with me and I didn’t want her touching anything and like I said, the smell.. was just awful. They need to either update and keep up with the place or charge cheap motel fees.
