This place tries to improve but proves worse in other ways. I went in today at 5:20am and they were cleaning the hot case with chemicals while the hot case was still on, the chemicals were burning or evaporating and where stinging my throat and lungs instantly. I could barely even make it through the building without choking coughing or having to cover my mouth with my shirt. This seems extremely dangerous and like a serious health hazard. Absolutely shameful experience here almost every time. There's even still a ton of items out of date in the cold food case and the drinks case. Unbelievable. Pilot, get your act together with this location. This is unacceptable.

Used to be a great place for the road traveler now just another franchise only dedicated to making money. If you can skip it better to do so.

The website shows this store is open 24/7 but they were closed at 9:00 pm on Sunday, May 8. I don't know why. What are the truck drivers supposed to do for a restroom over night (I paid for reserve parking). I went in the store around 7 that same night and there was nothing to eat. I am not pleased at all.

I used the shower #3, it was a large room and I liked that. But it was not clean at all, even the drain had hair in and around it. Then I wanted to get something to eat, there was nothing, not even a donut. They had old hot dogs and grabbed go crazy. Sorry I will never stop at this location again.
