This McDonald's is the best in the NE heights by far better than Montgomery/Tramway location. Major bonus here is 24hr service. Employees are attentive, respectful, and friendly. Overall still 5 stars. 99.999% of the time my meals or drink are correct, and taste as expected...Consistency is the key to McDonald's success IMO.

Only been through drive thru up to this point and they have been fantastic, orders have always been right. Only complaint I have is the people who take care of the parking lot being out here at noon with their blower stirring up giant dust clouds. Just making trying to eat in my vehicle a horrible experience. Would be great to contact this company and have them do the job early morning or at least not during peak meals times. I am now going to have to go to a car wash as my vehicle has been exposed to this and is now just completely covered in dirt from them.

Was in line in drive-thru.. there was 2lines around the building when we were 1 car away from ordering speakers manager came out and said systems crashed and they weren't going to accept any more orders. Manager didn't even give an option for cash only orders. Horrible experience. My opinion is that they need more employees to handle the demand of this 24hr McDonald's.

It’s not gourmet, but no one is expecting that. They’re fast, efficient, and we’re really great when an error was made to my order. I don’t mind a mistake if they handle it well, and the service was great.

Not sure, only went through drive thru and person was wearing gloves and a mask.
Not that big of a deal, it's a promotional item, they have stuff come and go off their menu all the time. Who cares if they aren't going to offer you a $5 burger with free stuff anymore
They have excepted valid cocoupons in the drive-thru in past experience. Just tell them you have it when ordering at the speaker.
I don't either. Hmmm. Check your settings to make sure McDonald's is selected, then try the internet first. See if you can pull up CNN or some other major website. If it works, then try your texting app again.
This location offers 24 hr break fast. After 1030 it is a reduced menu.
There used to be, I don't think they put it back after remodel, check google earth
