I was quite annoyed and disappointed by the following: 1) Was told by staff that the ice cream machine was broken...was it really though?!? 2) Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line to be told by staff that the wait was caused by a customer who complained about not getting sauce and instead of staff just providing her sauce they argued with her for that length of time 3) get home to find that what was supposed to be a buttermilk chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo was nothing more than a tiny piece of fried chicken on a bun with 2 pickles, no sauce. Greatly disappointed with the service and quality.

MCDONALD’s Restaurant #35209 5700 MCMAHON BLVD. NW Albuquerque, NM 87114. I ordered one Big Mac Meal with medium Coke for my daughter in drive through and I requested the restaurant for a cup of free drinking water but they unfairly charged me $1:00. Restaurant employees are rushing to charge instead of listening customer’s interest. I recommend customers have to collect their receipt and check what they are charged for. Because they are many cheating and over charges.

Sure glad this one is open super late, it is the only one in the area that is. I got out of a late show Sunday evening and was starving, it was so nice to be able to grab something hot and a cold drink to go with it. Fast service for how long the lines through the drive-up were, and nice folks too!
