The night shift was very unprofessional. The manager alone was rude. I told the employees the order numbers more than 3 times. I tried telling the manager(female, blue long sleeve shirt with a pony tail) 3 times, the order numbers. The manager slammed the window in my face twice. She would not let me finish telling her the rest of the order numbers. She had poor customer serives through out the whole process. I waited in line for 56 minutes to receive a horrible experience. I understand they may be short handed but being unprofessional was uncalled for.

Let me start by saying a 3-star overall rating. I'm surprised by ordered my food on the app, and it was completely wrong. The lobby is not open, so I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through to correct it what should have been a 5 min stop for FAST FOOD turned into a hour plus to get my correct food. Truly redefining the fast food definition here don't stop if you're in a hurry.

So they didn't give me my 4 hash browns, I call ask for a Mgr get someone named Mark. He's more worried about asking what curbside order I was so I read the order off for him he says "I bagged that order I put them in there" has a really bad attitude, so I open my sandwich and it's put together by a 5yr old, so I put it back together get halfway thru it and boom there is green chili on it... Umm didn't order that. Then my wife looks at the receipt (Order 1915) the sandwich had a receipt tag of (1220).so in other words a "Manager" bagged this order like a brand new employee, if I can do negative stars I would. And just imagine if I was allergic to green chili..... Humm

Stopped by for a snack. It was cool seeing Spam on the breakfast menu. Other than this the menu is pretty standard. The wait was long but the food was good and best part...the got our order right. Of course their Ice Cream machine was down in the typical McDonalds fashion but the did have signs outside of the building alerting people so if you were going there for that specifically you knew not to wait in line.
