I got there at a busy time so time wasn't to bad. But the order was short a burger, fries were under cooked , soda was flat, and the other burger was supposed to be plain but had everything on it. But for Mc Donalds they did pretty good 👍

Worst McDonald's meal ever in 55 years! Ordered was fulfilled incorrectly two times. I ordered a double green Chile cheeseburger MINUS ketchup and mustard. Took the first one back as it was loaded with ketchup and mustard and cold green Chile that made the top of the bun soggy. Buns were old and stale to boot. A very polite young lady said they would remake it. The man who fixed it doubled up on the ketchup and mustard. The patties were cold, as was the green Chile. The cheese never melted. My husbands crispy chicken sandwich was cold, soggy and droning in mayo. Fries were cold, soggy and too salty. Almost every table was unclean from previous customers. THERE WERE FLIES EVERYWHERE in the dining area. The bathrooms were filthy and without signage noting when they were last cleaned. McDonald's corporate office needs to revoke this locations franchise! Unfortunately, this McDonald's probably gets a lot of travelers as they enter Albuquerque! Poor souls!

had a traumatic hs experience at this location. I was dared to chug 5 Oreo mcflurries in ten minutes. I went to the er. other than that the service here is fast and the food is cheap yet delightful. my only qualm is with the worker who tried serving us pure syrup and ice cubes as a slushy....I repeat, syrup and ice cubes. but oh well.

After waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru that was so full you couldn't exit it without pulling into mobile order parking and doing a 3 point turn to get out ... I finally received my food only to discover that my fries were cold, my bin burnt and the vanilla shake tasted like spoiled milk.
