do they allow big dogs?

Yes they do, I had a dog about 70lbs with us. You have to let them know ahead of time bc there is a fee, but they also get a cute little doggie goodie bag! I saw dogs of all sizes there during our stay. Have fun!

Yes, the only limit is on how many dogs and that is 2. Disney does have rules and fees, their rules are very reasonable but read them through to be sure they are a good fit for you and your pet.
