If you are planning on walking in Lodi MVC is a better option.The wait is still long but it's a much more organized walk-in process.I arrived at the Newark DMV for a walk-in at 5am, stood in line for about 3 hours and was told at 8:15am that they were at capacity for walk-ins.
No appointments but they limit how many people. And you will be waiting a long time.
No u could walk in but u must be early I'm talking about 5 in the morning BC they only take 200 ppl that it .So if u want to make a appointment do that but u can walk in too but u must be early.
