Hello everyone this is Carlos Vazquez this it's the one of the best second program in Newark the nurses are very sweet and nice you have your own TV and yourself in your room they don't bug you like other program that they be waking you up all night here you sleep come out side and smoke three meals a day the resoan I gave 4 stars it's because they only let you come out to smoke but like to go see your friends and family that's a no no. But I see some if them going out the door and coming back 7 hours later if not I would've gave it 5 stars but it's very clean and we have a lot of empty beds half of them went home last week not me leave me alone by myself with my big screen smart TV I'll be OK as long as I have God and my nurse's I'll be OK but it's worth a while thank you guys and staff .

Yes, even during peak Covit time, we most certainly were allowed to. The patio times were adjusted to meet the state guidelines, such as smoke breaks became floor specific, and numbers of residents out at one time, were cut down as well.
From 8am to 8pm.
