Facility is very outdated with mice and insects. Patients are not being cared for properly. Administration is very rude. Food is very unpleasant as well. Understaffed and usually overworked on a day to day basis.

Let me first say that I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in four different states. New Community has some of the most caring and attentive staff around. I am so grateful for their support and consistent efforts to make my mom and me feel comfortable with her being there. I sleep good a night knowing that her needs are met. I just had a telephone interaction with them. The reception and the social worker were very unprofessional and they were trying to get services from me. I can imagine how they treat their residents and employees. I don't know why the State hasn't rectified this!!!!
