The atmosphere, no. While the front area does mimic the storefront and the uniforms mimic the ninjas, everything else is just paying homage to the Naruto show. The food possibly. They have a bowl that's modeled after the Ichiraku bowl in naruto and looks identical but it's slightly different. That being said, this place had really good food, and the employees were incredibly helpful and nice. If you're a Naruto fan it's definitely an awesome place to eat! They also play Naruto on multiple screens nonstop :) Hope I helped!
Essentially, you could say that. It has an actual Ickiraku bowl of ramen. Down to the fish swirls that Naruto loves so much!
