There used to be a Newport mall bus on West Side, but now u got to take the 86 or light rail
If you're coming from west side, There is a newport mall bus available.
86 comes through Jersey City along Palisades. But as said earlier it depends where in JC you are coming from
U can take the 81 to Exchange Place and the light rail
It depends what section your coming from.
