Not that much of bad experience like others mentioned. Appt was for 16:00 arrived at 2:40 PM was docked in by 3:00 and was loaded by 5:00 PM that’s pretty standard loading despite my appt was not until 16:00. Yard is very tight due to all the containers everywhere. You must unhook from trailer

They accept 2-3 hours earlier. They open from 7:30 till 16:00
