I want on a cloudy day, and at the end of the presentation they opened up the windows to a white wall of fog. The building and experience was awesome, but I would liked to have had a view.

Yeah! The Tower is still impressive and you can see far. If it is too sunny the windows are blinding anyway (difficult to take pictures). The 9/11 Memorial and Museum is interesting, too!!
