Are the seats that are at the side bars as good as the seats that face the stage? Are they elevated?

All seats are non blockable... the venue is almost perfect...

But if you are at a sidebar seat that is near one of the sets of stairs to the floor watch out, people tend to bottleneck there and hence ..... Blocked view.
