I called to talk with a customer I was then told by a worker that they do not allow customers to talk on the phone.... Just glad it was not an emergency

Stores do not allow personal calls to employees or other customers. I worked for plenty places that don't allow use to they phones

I've seen them turn down other people. I've never ask.
