UPDATE: This has to be the worst Starbucks in town. They are ALWAYS sold out of everything. The app never matches the stores actual menu. They don't offer any substitutions of any kind. I'll stick with town center Starbucks. Some of the staff is super nice, and then there are a few others who are so rude and treat you like you're bothering them.

Staff does not pay attention to waiting customers. Several were doing side jobs that could have waited but instead ignored a line forming at the cash register… with no one attending. Also were gossiping and talking to each other about clearly not customer facing topics (their shift, complaining, etc). Tables were clearly not wiped, and it was overall not a great customer experience. I also ordered a flat white with soy milk and an extra espresso shot. I first noticed that the volume I received was less than standard at Starbucks, but whatever. Now, hours after, I’m discovering that the soy milk was not put in and I’m having severe gastrointestinal distress. I wouldn’t recommend bothering with this place. I’ve seen a smaller Starbucks with fewer employees work far more efficiently in a much higher traffic location, and frankly I’m not a fan of gossipy, unprofessional girls ignoring customers and screwing up their orders.
