You might could go between noon an six on the weekend with the 18 yo. I think you could get away w/a 13 yo in that time frame as well, but I can't guarantee. It's pretty chill in the afternoon. There are a couple of video games, a pinball machine, a shuffleboard table and a few table to games to play. Food is good, staff is friendly, if not inattentive. I would recommend checking it out.
