The worst branch I’ve ever been on. The personal are very rude and always on their phones. The make the costumers wait a long time.

Springfield Branch: If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This location is terrible, racist, rude, careless, 0 customer service, this young lady Shaquana, the manager, is as rude as her staff and they lie so much too, dead in your face, how disrespectful. They can’t even treat black people like them right and they expect for other people to treat them like human, start by changing the man in the mirror first. I asked the manager for the complaint line not only she wrote it with a marker she new would quickly disappeared it was also the wrong number, she had no name tag on, she gave me a name I am not even sure if that’s her correct name. Banker, USTYN, C definitely needs to go back to training how to talk to a customer…I’ll leave it as that…below is the piece of paper she gave to me.🤣
Sincere Care
They are extremely short staff but you see everyone is working extremely hard to help customers. I did not have an appt and I was able to be seen when they had a lobby full of people and very few workers.

No appointment for teller
Either be a city employee or live in the same address as someone who has an MCU account. You can even open your account online.
Yes
What's the answer?
It's a main MCU Bank branch with Bank Teller Window services and ATMs 🏧 as well.
Yes, you can.
All you have to do is call in the morning. They count the cash every morning and will see they have a $50 overage. They will credit your account.
Come in and speak to a Customer Rep.
Come on in.
No. Just walk in, go to the ticket kiosk, get a ticket and a Customer Representative will call in your ticket# and speak to you. ***If you bring a copy or record of your credit history and score, that would help avoid the negative "hard inquiry" that will affect your credit score.
