Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are air conditioned, so bring a sweater you can take off/on if needed. Chairs are comfortable and they provide noise-reudicing earmuffs although mine was janky. Like the other reviewers, my only complaint is you can feel when other people bump their desks which can be distracting, but I was able to tune it out. The employees aren’t thrilled to be there, but neither am I so it didn’t bother me.

Testing room is so small and crowded. You are susceptible to the many possible distractions around you including noise cause by the person nxt to you. Another thing is when a person leaves the testing room, someone would come in and scrub the chair or table creating so much NOISE and NOT MINDFUL at all that they are causing distraction to some people inside the room taking a very serious exam. Scrubbing the uncomfortable chair and the table like it has been stained badly while other people are still taking the exam, seriously??? Wearing facemask is not allowed inside if God forbid, you have to bring it down for a second just to get some fresh air or is it fresh air if you are inside a close room with a bunch of other test takers wearing or not wearing facemask? Wear a facemask and must leave it on the whole time you are taking the exam, don’t touch it at all or don’t wear facemask at all. So, my opinion, if you are person taking a very important exam, you might want to do some research first before committing to this testing center.

Very clean testing center, and they provide small lockers where you can fit your purse with a key. There's a person sitting at a desk right in front of all the lockers so they can see everything that goes on and I did not have anything stolen from my bag despite one of the reviewers saying this. They also give you noise cancelling headphones, 2 pencils, and some scrap paper (which I did not need to use.) You're allowed to wear a mask if you would like, but you cannot take it off during the exam. The chair was okay with adjustable height, the computer had a dark mode option which was nice and despite everyone saying it was going to be freezing, the temperature of the room felt ok to me - however I also had a hoodie on over my tshirt. My complaints are that 1) They allow people to wear masks but there's no mask rule so I was in a room full of coughing people who had no masks on. Ew. 2) The noise cancelling headphones were extremely uncomfortable and crushed my head because they had no way to adjust the band so they were way too large for my head and basically clamped themselves to my skull. 3) Unfortunately I had to just deal with this discomfort due to the fact that my desk was right next to the door (about 1.5 meters away) so there was constant noise from people coming & going out for breaks and talking outside with the monitor person...in addition to of course all the coughing and throat clearing by the guy right next to me. 💀 So overall an okay testing center, but beware there's quite a lot of distractions depending where your desk is. The ladies at the center were all very polite and nice and handled all the clothing checks quickly. They were also super great by calling me early that day informing me I could come in and take my exam 3 hours earlier than I had initially scheduled!
