you have to be 55 first avg 60 to 70 rent is cheapest around if you bought you can rent 1300 to 1700 all day long in the winter summer 800 to 900 depending on where you buy lake front 800 out side called persers725 in side about 630 thats cable garage trice a week grass cutting every week summer every other week winter i have been here 10 years two pools club houses shuffle board its not to bad clean your house no junk
