Literally get harassed by this company, i've received 90 voice-mail in the span of a week. If I wanted health insurance from this company I would have signed up by now. Unprofessional.

The worst insurance company on earth. I was solicited daily by one of their agents to get me on their medicare policy. I was given a list of providers NONE OF WHICH ARE EVEN PRACTICING!!!! I called the agent to ask if they reviewed their list since it took me hours of calling to find out that out of only 5 choices, none were available. The agent became very defensive even though I was calm. He said that wasn’t their problem?!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THE WORST. I’VE BEEN TRYING TO REACH HIS MANAGER FOR WEEKS. LEFT THREE MESSAGES NO RETURNED CALLS. THEN GIVEN ANOTHER PERSON AND AFTER 7 CALLS AND 7 HANGUPS DURING TRANSFER, NO RESPONSE OR RETURNED CALL. IF GLENN SHEILDS FROM FIORELLA CALLS YOU HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

This company won't take no for an answer. They have called my phone over 20 times a day filling my voice mail to the extent i couldn't get an extremely important message that cost me dearly. Thank you for causing me to miss the passing of a family member.

Spammers. I get 3 to 7 messages a day claiming that I have contacted them about health insurance. They text. And leave voicemail. I am considering changing my cell number.

Yes, I was wondering the same thing, I did get mail with enrollment # but have an appt on 1/2/18 & have not received my actual card. It did say it would be on the way if payment had already been made & had done so the day I enrolled. FYI, was very pleased with the service I received from agent Joseph Souza, give him a 5 star for Excellent Service!!
You should have received an email confirmation for enrollment.
As per Marketplace you can if: You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you or anyone in your household in the past 60 days: Got married. Pick a plan by the last day of the month and your coverage can start the first day of the next month. Had a baby, adopted a child, or placed a child for foster care. Your coverage can start the day of the event — even if you enroll in the plan up to 60 days afterward. Got divorced or legally separated and lost health insurance. Note: Divorce or legal separation without losing coverage doesn’t qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period. Died. You’ll be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period if someone on your Marketplace plan dies and as a result you’re no longer eligible for your current health plan.
