I have a friend at this facility who is now in hospice care. His personal phone is no longer available. None of the hospital staff or nursing station is answering the phone I’ve been trying for hours since 6 PM and it’s now almost 12 midnight. It’s not only this location the attitude and nastiness was dished out When I called there to try to find out if they have a direct number to the nursing station. They responded with sarcasm and excuses like they’re understaffed on the weekend. This is not elder care this is elder care less

I would like too say I have been an employee at orchid cove of Stuart for 3 months and I am really happy that I choose this facility to work as the Activities Director. .

You must sign paperwork and take your temperature upon entering the building. If you are vaccinated, you may visit wearing only a mask. If you are unvaccinated, they may make you wear gloves and a plastic gown to visit your loved one. As far as I am aware, visitation is still taking place in the dining area and you must stay 6 feet apart from your loved one, unless it is a compassionate care visit. However, policy may have changed, so if you call the front desk they will have more up to date info.
I just heard that visitors are welcome. Not sure if there are any restrictions. Call before going to visit.
