Pets need approval by management. They screen only to avoid problematic dogs. The community is not as pet friendly as it once was. I am a resident that owns a dog.

They do have rentals in Pinelake but to be able to do so they require a background check. That is required before you can rent OR purchase a home. The lease amounts are set by the individual owners of the homes. They aren't handled by the office as far as I know. Their are only a few as far as I know. They do require a background check and a credit check which is handled by the office.

You should probably drive through to see if there are any rentals. You can call and speak to the manager Carla, although they often don't often know off all available rentals. This is a 55 plus community and a background check is required prior to approval

Sharon, our Lot rent is not the HOA Fees. HOA is only $15 a year, and is seperate from our rents which vary depending on location.
