Hi we had a fab stay with yourselves and checked out on the 6th and was told our deposit would be refunded to our account but have not received it yet just wondering how long it takes, cannot email as i dont see an email address

I am still waiting fir my refund. I just checked out yesterday

We stayed 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. Ours was refunded that friday before our left

Mine was refunded two weeks later or at least thats when it posted. Did you try calling the front desk? Im sure they get that question a lot.
