Does this hotel have a laundry room?

Larger rooms do, studios will use a shared laundry in the building.

We have a 2 room place in the 500 building....basically a fully furnished apartment....washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, range, sink, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots ,pans, spatula, silverware, plates, glasses etc

Anything bigger than studio will have private laundry washer and dryer inside the unit

I believe the 2nd or 3rd floor has one but the 2 bd rm presidential suites have a washer and dryer in the room. They also give you 2 packets of detergent to use

The room we stayed in had a laundry 2 doors down. When we checked in they have us a voucher for some free laundry detergent.

As Dave answered, the larger condo's have a washer and dryer combinations. Studio's have the opportunity to wash in a dedicated location.
