You can go to the DPS website, and get the correct documents. Then go to the DPS Public Service Center to either drop them off, get questions answered, or complete your transactions
They said they tried getting info from them and the department didn't send the information for their record's. I'll call or go online and see what i can get. The update recorda is for tge NICS files im assuming so i would have to send to them?
