We qualified for a two-bed/ private bathroom with a family of four.but it depends on the size of your family and what rooms are available. It is a first-come-first-serve policy. In addition, during your stay at the Ronald McDonald House you are entitled to free admission to the Phoenix zoo and Science Museum. Both great attractions to occupy your time and help keep your mind off things you might be worrying about. we stayed at this location and I absolutely fell in love with the staff. 5 out of 5 stars would recommend it to anyone.
We have stayed short visits, our first was a private bath. We have stayed in the room were the bathroom is in the middle of two rooms. One time the other side wasn't used. The second time the other family was using for a bath/shower, so we used the bathroom in the common room.

It varies according to family size and availability. There are some rooms in a jack and jill type formation where two rooms share a bathroom. These are usually given to single parents with a small child or couples with no children. The majority of the other rooms have the 2 queen bed hotel model, each of which has its own bathroom.
When I was there for my Sons hospital an Dr vists i was there 1 full week we had a room and a shared bath room you lock the other door when inn use an unlock when finnished. They had a lobby with snacks an food and served dinners an breakfeast an lunchwhat was convenient to accommodate family's and a gated community and a family room/ game room library room. It was a blessing to stay you clean your room up daily an befor you leave they will give you supplies to clean up and make up beds fpr next guests. It was a 20 dollar deposit you get back when room is cleaned befor you check out. Made our stay so much better and easier on us. Any way best wishes to you All Also.
