Yes - first they will get you a CASS ID. Then they will take all necessary steps to acquire birth certificates, social security cards and eventually a state ID. In the meantime, you will have a safe, warm place to lay your head and the process to find housing will begin. Good luck!
Yes, but you have to get in line at about 5:30 - 6 AM so you can speak with someone in the welcome center. They're very strict, so be honest about mental health, no fighting, no controlled substances or alcohol, no intimacy, and no blankets or pillows.
