Where is an ATM that accepts that card they give you?

All ATMs accept the card. Pick an ATM that is fee free because the card itself will still charge you 1.50. So it ends up being cheaper.

Wawa, Walgreens, CVS. I believe they have free withdrawals and balance checks, in $10.00 increments. Called AllPoint ATM.
