I think it's relatively difficult to respond to a very generic statement regarding service concerns - but I have eaten there countless times and have not had bad service.
Colette, I apologize that you had bad service. I wish that at the time of this occurrence, you had asked to speak to a manager so that we could have addressed the issue then and there. Could you tell me a little more of what happened? That way we can use that to better educate our staff and ensure that it doesn't happen again. Chuck, I am so happy that you have been pleased with your service and we hope to see you again soon!!
