I rented from them and paid in advance for my rental, which for NC residents, you cannot go to the kiosk to check in, grab your reservation ticket and go. But on the flip side, the rental wasn't bad. They had a wide selection of cars and i got a free upgrade because my car wasn't ready at the time.
