I’ve lived here for 4 years and NEVER experienced such poor management. Whoever the new management is need to go! I can see the difference from the ground work, valet trash is thrown all over the property, maintenance requests take 2-3 weeks for completion, last minute “announcements”, extra fees. I could keep going with the list. It’s horrible. Please look elsewhere.

Horrible Complex now since the change in management. Maintenance doesn't fix anything and don't know how to fix anything. And that's when they have staff. The grounds and units aren't maintained like in the past. This is no longer a Upscale Business Pofessional Complex. It is now a horrible complex with broken down cars, trash, poor management and way overpriced for the services they provide.

An update a few weeks later: They did fix our washer and treat for bugs.. and now things are much better. At first it was a great place to live. They fixed stuff and had a great staff of people. New Manager took over and it's been way down hill from there. My washer has been full of water for over a week and they will not come fix it. I have a friend that also lives in the apartments who has had his AC unit broken for almost 2 months. I would not live here it's over priced slumlords with bugs and such.

I’ve lived here through 3 management teams and over 6 years, and this new company and its transition has by far been the worst yet. From lack of communication from the leasing office regarding amenity closures, constant system failures, valet trash left throughout the property, maintenance requests ignored, repeat changes to the parking policies, the list goes on. The ONLY reason I decided to stay is because we’re in a recession, and although it was a $200/month increase, it’s still relatively low compared to similar properties in the area. I have no real complaints with the ladies in the front office as they’re just doing their job and are actually very nice. But it took months to even staff the Leasing Office, and even longer to address the lagging issues. When I first moved here, the property and its employees genuinely cared about its residents. Now it seems the new companies only concern is “business”, not the fact that these units are hard working peoples HOMES.
