do they charge a deposit if i’m under 21 but live out of state ?
i called almo rdu and they said that i wouldn’t be charged a deposit since i lived out of state. How true is this? i’ve gotten different answers. i need to know how much i need to have on hand to pay for my rental.

Is it open 24 hours? The website says that closes 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. but some reviews say that it's open 24 hours. Anyone has been there at 3 a.m.? That's when I would need to drop off my rental car.
