Is it open 24 hours? The website says that closes 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. but some reviews say that it's open 24 hours. Anyone has been there at 3 a.m.? That's when I would need to drop off my rental car.

You can drop off anytime, just ask how to proceed. There will be nothing available for transit at that hour though.

Most rental agencies have a box where you can drop the key off after hours, recommend calling the Alamo RDU local office. A bigger question would be a shuttle to the terminal

I got there at 12:45 am to pick up a car and they were getting ready to close. So definitely not 24 hours
