Its all automated I waited for over a week to make an appointment. I was taken right away. I walked in once it was ridiculous I never got in.
I did scheduling online. Trying to find appts for blood work has been ridiculous lately. Maybe check the website and see if you can search for an answer. It sucks but they Are just super busy right now.
