It does have a series of out houses. There are nicer heated full bathrooms in the lot behind hammer. Only a 2-3 minute walk. So, it has facilities to meet your preference.

No pre sale. Get on game day. But get there early. Lot sell out fast. Gate open at 7am. Usually full by 8AM.
Depends on size hammer is all about the money if u can park it there's a price.
Don't know for certain, but I've never seen a semi in the last decade of parking there. My assumption would be that a semi would take up too much car space and loss of money. Plus, trying to get out after the game with an 18 wheeler will be hell. I'd stay away from Abbott road.
