I went there to get an international driver's licenses. The staff was extremely friendly and helped out with everything I needed. It is a very large office that does a lot of stuff and didn't have much of a wait time at all.

I am AAA member and would like to know if I can book a tour by bus or train to Fort Drum, Thousand Islands etc. , during month of June 2021! Round trip, where pickup and drop off from where to go on trip! Covid should be more ok at that time!

Hi Christine- Our Premier Members are entitled to a 1-day complimentary car rental. If you're not a Premier member, you can still give one of our travel agents a call at the number listed on the back of your AAA membership card. They can help you book a rental vehicle and let you know about any discounts available for AAA members. -Katie

Hi Michelle- Glen is correct. You can pay your insurance premium in any of our Travel & Insurance Centers as long as there is an insurance agent available. You may wish to call ahead to ensure the will be an agent at your local office when you plan on stopping by.
