Everyone here is super nice at the Orchard Park location. However, when coming to do a 3hr glucose test you should be allowed to use the "test & rest room." I was denied the room and made to sit out in the check-in area for the entire duration because my husband was with me. Had I been alone they said they would have let me use it. I will not recommend this site for anyone I know doing a glucose screening. Normal bloodwork? Yes.

Its all automated I waited for over a week to make an appointment. I was taken right away. I walked in once it was ridiculous I never got in.
