You said it all... do not try it... I had a leak in the living room coming from the rest room upstairs and it took the management over 3months to fix, very rude set of employees, till date, I have several cracks on the wall in my living room just after the electricity installed their rubbish, they never fixed it... thank God am leaving soon...
