I have just recently moved in December with my newborn and husband to these apartments and highly disappointed with the staff, maintenance just the apartments in general! Since we have moved in we have an infestation of roaches, they fall off the ceilings, crawl in our beds, get into our clothing etc. We have called and gone to the office plenty of times and they never seem to want to do anything about it. They’ve come once and just put some roach gel on the walls. They have made no effort in helping us. Also before we moved in we were told we would have a microwave in the apartment, moved in and we have an air vent told them that the air vent had roaches that come out of it. The lady Anna in the office is highly rude, doesn’t make the effort in helping and doesn’t care at all. I do not recommend these apartments at all. ALL OF THE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Update July 15 2022 I’ve been living here a year already onto my second year, management has changed like 3 times already. I keep getting notes on my door that aren’t even for me. I’ve called office and just get placed on hold with this new management. I still definitely don’t recommend.

I been a responsible on time paying tenant here since 2009. Over the years many different staff come and go not stay very long. This new staff at mountain valley seem to be doing best they can. I will eventually have to move once my lease up due to mountain valley will no longer be accepting Section 8 DHA vouchers. I love it here....thanks👍
