Your car goes thru the wash and there are spaces where you would vacuum for free and they provide towels and glass cleaners. I have also never seen any other car washes with mat cleaners. I also like them because you can take your time to dry, vacuum and complete your car yourself without the rush of having the basics done because there is a line.

Exterior wash only
They do not have staff that clean the interior, just an automated car wash and area with free vacuums. It is good for in-between upkeep.
Not sure but we love this car wash! The kids too hahaha!
