If I bring a purged DOT approved CO2 compatible 50lb. Refrigerant cylinder (Max.400psi) to one of your locations, can you fill? If not, what is your minimum volume/size requirements for filling? Also what is the average % of impurities in your CO2?

Yes, dry ice pellets are available for sale at $3.27/lb. There are price breaks for larger quantities. Please bring a cooler or a box to carry it home.
