My first time ever coming to this car wash and I ended up getting a flat tire and messed up tire valves, not to mention the valves on there are gone, I expressed the situation to the manager who ended up hanging up on my mother when she called about it. I'm not going to tolerate negligence nor ignorant management, and rather just get money back nvr coming here again.

No it has clothes
No I have used this carwash since I moved out in the area since 2017. I am happy with the service that I receive I wash my car just about everyday. Having access to a car wash that I can drive through is heaven sent. I haven't had any issues with the use of carwash or customer service everyone there is very pleasant, vacuum is excellent so is the Microsoft cloths and Windex that is there for you to use. If you chose to do your mats they have a machine for an extra charge. Overall I am well please with this carwash site.
The attendants usually do a light spray on the sides and back of your vehicle with a hose.
It varies but you can get a pretty complete was and wax for 14 dollars and that includes the use of great vacuums that have good suction and run continuously without inserting any coins or paying anything above the cost of the car wash.
Our maximum height is actually 7' 2". Sorry! Your vehicle is a little too tall.
Your car goes thru the wash and there are spaces where you would vacuum for free and they provide towels and glass cleaners. I have also never seen any other car washes with mat cleaners. I also like them because you can take your time to dry, vacuum and complete your car yourself without the rush of having the basics done because there is a line.
