APG is the best financial institution I've ever had!

I don't understand all the bad reviews with this branch of APGFCU. I have been banking at this branch for many years. Financed vehicles and other loans in the past. Every time I go into the bank to use a teller or need to speak to one of the office staff I have always been greeted with a smile and they have been very friendly.

There banking system is complicated and inconvenient. I can’t make a payment online if I have a balance due on my account. Their hours of business are my work hours and I can only come in the office to pay my bill or be charged $4 to pay over the phone. It’s a set up. Also, the customer service is very weird. They get mad at me if I’m behind on my loan payment after I already explained to them that I’m in Grad School and my income changed so I have to make bigger payments when I get my refund check. It’s like they don’t care. And I can’t even set up my automatic payments anymore because I’m behind on payments. It’s such an inconvenience and I just want a new car All together and move on from this credit union. Before COVID I NEVER had problems with them.

Yes....you can walk in
They may over look it depends how long you had the loan.
They have an instant issue machine at most branches and they can print you a new card. Not sure of fee though
Hello, lobbies are temporarily closed until further notice. Drive-thru, phone and online services are available. Please check our website www.apgfuc.com and/or our Facebook page for updates as they become available.
am having a difficult time accessing Sun Trust banks during the merging process. I have been with them since they were Loyola, over 50 years, and have never had such inconsiderate treatment. The merging was announced by letter over a year ago, now suddenly Sun Trust Banks are closed (even though the web sites and and phone answering says they are open), and the BB&T banks have a sign up saying Sun Trust if they are part of the merge, good luck finding a BB&T employee who knows which banks these are. I have my mortgage with APGFCU, and would like to find out if they are more accessible, and what their check servicing costs are.
