If you call and ask when they are running the "Seafood roadshow" They will let you know. Also if you go in the building they will have a large sign by the meat department
I would agree that it tends to be more in the winter, but I think it depends on whether or not they can get a supply at a decent price. I would always call ahead if you're going to make a special trip.
