You should go to their service center. They have excellent customer service and will address any and all of your concerns.
What they told you is correct. Call or stop by dealer to bring up your concern, they'll help you on the issue.
100% do not go to meineke jiffy lube or any place like that with a new car. If you don't want to go to the dealer then find a reputable shop.
Don't listen to Graham. Their service department will upsell you 100%. Find a Meineke or some other shop. Much better service and they won't try to take advantage of you.
