I bought a car from here and got a flat tire. I don't know where to take it for repair using the warranty this dealership gave me. Do I have to go here or can I go to any other VW dealership?

You have to bring it back to the dealership you purchased the road hazard from.

VW warranties do not cover flats unless it's a manufacturer defect. I believe their tires are considered "performance" and therefore VW will not patch/repair, only replace. If it's a warranty on the tire (ie - new tires) any authorized seller should be able to replace.
