UPDATE: I spoke to the Service Manager, Erik, and had a great conversation about the issue with communication. He took the feedback and said it would be addressed to avoid issues in the future and I think that was the best way to deal with it. Adding more stars to show thanks for how that was handled. Thank you, Erik. This is specifically a comment at the Service Department and not anyone in particular. I dropped my car off last Thursday morning for a routine maintenance and tire rotation and was told it would take a day or two. Ok, not used to having to wait that long for a maintenance check, but was sent home in a complementary Lyft and that was that. I called on Saturday to find out the status of the car and was told a consultant would get back to me because the status was that it was still being worked on. It's now Wednesday evening and haven't heard a word from anyone. Even given that they may be backed up, I'm pretty surprised I'm having to wait this long for a routine maintenance and/or for someone to call me back. Yes, I could call again and it's not like I need the car during the week, but that's besides the point. It shouldn't be my responsibility to find out the status on the car multiple times. My past experiences here have always been great, so not sure what's going on.

You should go to their service center. They have excellent customer service and will address any and all of your concerns.
You have to bring it back to the dealership you purchased the road hazard from.
Of course you have to buy one especially from them. We had a bad experience with these people. I’m a loyal customer now to Battlefield Ford. They have very decent people working for them.
