The store is open 10am to 9pm Tammy. If you don't have an appointment, no worries, Monday is a slow day. 30 minutes for the appraisal and 45 at the business office to get paid. You can come anytime the store is open, we would love to buy your car.
Their website posts their open hours, but I think they use/depend on help from service department to do appraisals, and it closes at 6..although I did get an appraisal on a Sunday afternoon, not that it was all that great. Best to call in and make appt like someone else said. They DO NOT buy cars over 10 yrs old anymore (for resale). They might still give you a price based on what they can get at auction or for parts.
Probably best to call so you can schedule an appointment with a sales person and won't have to worry about waiting if everyone is busy with other customers
